TIME OF PAYMENT Clients will be prompted to pay immediately after scheduling a tutoring session. If the client has not paid for a session within one hour of scheduling it, the tutor may cancel the appointment to allow other clients to book that time.
CANCELLATION POLICY Clients may cancel tutoring up to 24 hours before scheduled sessions and receive a full refund or credit toward future sessions. We are unable to refund or credit any payments for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
LATE ARRIVALS No allowance will be made for late arrival by students, and sessions will always begin and end promptly at the scheduled times.
WARRANTIES We provide no guarantee regarding students’ scores on the official tests.
RELAXATION OF TERMS No relaxation, indulgence, waiver, or release by any party of any of the rights in terms of this agreement on one occasion will prevent the subsequent enforcement of such rights and does not constitute a waiver for any subsequent breach of any of the terms.
WHOLE AGREEMENT This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged, expressed, or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
